Juan Trejo is an abstract artist in Santa Barbra CA. His work consists of acrylic paint and oil pastels and falls somewhere between objective and abstract.

He juxtaposes prominent brush strokes and finely blended layers over canvas to create colorful paintings that tell a story. He uses the push and pull of color, texture, and the hardness and softness of edge to convey a feeling. His series “A Moment Longer” speaks about some of life’s secret moments.
