The Energetic Landscape

I interpret my vision of the natural landscape through a variety of media including oil and cold wax, encaustic, and various acrylic media that describe the energy and color of seasonal and atmospheric transitions of the earth’s elements. Through the use of variable glowing surfaces and rich, earthy textures, my semi-abstract compositions emphasize the ethereal and energetic nature of the landscape above rational realism. The body of my work is a tribute to the rare beauty and majesty of unspoiled land throughout the natural world.
